Conference updates
We collect your name, email address and consent to send information about Phytofactories 2027 registration and conference details. Processing is based on your consent. Completing this form is voluntary and is not a conference registration.
Storage and service providers
The website sends your details securely to a private Google Sheet through Google Apps Script. The record includes the submission date, consent, privacy notice version and a request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. Google provides the spreadsheet and script services. Its processing may involve international transfers under its applicable data protection terms.
We retain the mailing list for conference communications until you withdraw your consent or the purpose ends, subject to applicable legal obligations. The website uses a temporary session cookie to secure submissions and prevent abuse.
